Note that scripts using Myriad Tables Lib cannot be edited in Script Editor in Mojave or later because of new security settings. Myriad Tables Lib is an AppleScript script library that gives AppleScript scripts the ability to show dialogs containing tables. (updated February 9, 2023) Myriad Tables Lib v1.0.13 Their dictionaries will appear in the Script Debugger 8 Dictionaries list as long as you place the app in one of the folders suggested above.

If you are running Script Debugger 8 on a Mac with Apple silicon, you will need to use this app for these libraries - you should delete any existing copies of previous versions in your Script Libraries folder. The application also gives you the option to export the relevant documentation. You can then quit it, and the libraries will be available to your scripts until you delete the application. Once you approve it, quit it and launch it again. To use them, mount the disk image, drag the applet to your startup disk, preferably in ~/Applications/ or ~/Library/Script Libraries/, and launch it.

If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, you can use it to quickly change the zoom level at which a document is displayed. All of the future documents based on this template will have the selected settings. If you want to set a different default zoom level or page size for all of your future documents, proceed as follows: Open the default template Normal.tmvx using the command File | Open and make the desired changes. All future documents based on the default template will now use the selected font settings. In the following dialog box, select Change for all new documents based on the default template.

In the dialog box 'Character', you can now select your preferred font settings and make them your new default settings by clicking on the Set as default button. Simply right-click in the document window to open the context menu and select the menu entry Character.
